My mind turns and my stomach churns - I am in the fingers-into-flesh dance grip of decision-making. Trying to take the lead, pushing for an answer. Forgetting that if I am still dizzying up a storm of moves, my subconscious is not yet ready to stop.
The dance is the decision-making of the heart.
When it is done, the music simply stops - mind noise, doubts, questions, inner tightness - gone.
A decision settles as an Autumn leaf - moving on when it's inevitable. And not before.

DeleteIt is very much a dance - a wild, often acrobatic dance, this decision making malarky hey? I'm in the midst of this right now, so the tension is there. Waiting for the music to stop, because then there is that quiet knowing isn't there? I'm hoping that moment arrives very soon. Good luck with your own decision-making, and the calm and clarity that comes with that.

DeleteI always adore your words. For sure, some of our decisions require that solid work, list-making, soul-searching, analysing to get through. Others tick away in the subconscious and float forward and are determined quietly. All are rewarding as we find out more about ourselves and where we want to project our energy. Love.
